A Genetic research in functional dyspepsia: The FunDysGWAS study

A heritable component of functional dyspepsia (FD) has been demonstrated in cohorts of patients and community-based studies. However, genetic studies of FD have thus far been very scarce and mostly limited to candidate genes in small sample sets of cases and controls, hence no unequivocal FD risk locus has been proposed.

Report: Human Small Bowel Motility Workshop

The workshop "Human Small Bowel Motility" (Nottingham University) was run as online event on November 19th 2020 and it was well attended with 120 participants. The workshop was well received both for the topic, the selection of speakers and the organization including the lack of technical issues.
