From Protocol to Practice: Help Update the London Classification
Healthcare professionals involved in diagnostic anorectal physiological investigations are kindly invited to support the London Working Group 2.0, an international initiative aiming to update the original London protocol and classification of disorders of anorectal function, published in Neurogastroenterology & Motility in 2020.
The Working Group – led by Mark Scott, Paul Vollebregt, and colleagues – has launched a 15–20 minute survey to assess how widely the London protocol and classification have been adopted and implemented in clinical practice. Importantly, the survey also provides an opportunity to share your feedback, which is essential to inform the next updated version of the protocol and classification.
The survey is accessible via a simple web link and represents a joint academic initiative involving experts from the UK, The Netherlands, and Australia, all members of the Organising Committee of the new London Working Group 2.0. Ethical approval has been granted for its use and distribution. Thank you for contributing your time and expertise to help shape future standards in anorectal function diagnostics.
