Digital monograph for patients with IBS

This monograph resulted from long-term research of functional gastrointestinal (GI) disorders as a part of scientific projects financed by the Croatian Ministry of Science and Education and the University of Rijeka.

The starting point was a biopsychosocial perspective which integrate biological and psychosocial domains of the functional GI disorders, specifically of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Authors of particular chapters were outstanding experts and scientists in the field. The monograph is primarily dedicated to the patients with IBS, as well as to medical and psychology students, general practitioners, gastroenterologists and psychologists working with IBS patients.
